Belinda Effah who is a Nigerian actress, producer and presenter celebrates her 31st birthday...She won the 'Most Promising Act of the year' award at the Africa Movie Academy Awards 9th edition.
She was born on December 14, 1989 in Cross River state. She had her primary and secondary education in Port Harcourt. She studied Genetics and Bio technology in University of Calabar.
She made her first acting debut when she featured in the TV series, 'Shallow waters' in 2005. Ever since then, she has been great as an actress.
She celebrates herself with lovely photos as she turns 31.
