Kudos to our ancestors who initated some medicines that are still effective till date. Turmeric is definately one of these medicines and it is known for...its wide range of benefits. This ingredient has many benefits, for skin, hair and overall health. This post is targeted at how turmeric boosts hair growth. Most people have gotten to know about the benefits of turmeric for hair growth.

BalFashion will provide detailed information on how to use turmeric for hair growth in this article.

Turmeric can be included in your hair routine as it contains anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. It is great to have in your hair care therapy and it takes a short time to show its effectiveness. Turmeric can be used to treat various issues of your hairdo such as dandruff, eczema and other scalp-related problems. Turmeric provides nourishment to your hair, root and even scalp.

This is the major hair problem suffered by all and sundry. Dandruff can lead to hair loss, if not properly taken care of. It also pisses off based on the unpleasant sense of itching and white particles falling off your hair.

Application: Use turmeric oil or mix turmeric powder with olive oil. Then, part your hair into many groups and apply the turmeric oil to the scalp.

Let it sit on the scalp for 20 - 30 minutes, and rinse off with gentle shampoo.

This will help in cleaning out the scalp so as to reduce the accumulation of build-up flakes. This also increases the blood circulation under the skin thereby eliminating dead skin cells from germinating.

Hair loss

Turmeric included in your hair care can be one of the perfect ways to help hair growth. Although, there are other reasons for hair loss like diseases, hormonal disorder, poor diet and the likes. Turmeric can always influence your hair growth positively if used adequately.

Treatment: Mix turmeric powder with equal amount of milk and honey. Then, apply it to your scalp. Gently massage into the scalp for a few minutes then rinse out with mild shampoo. Repeat this process twice a week.

Natural dye

Turmeric can also be used to beautify the look of your hair as it provides that natural shine to your hair. It can also serve as natural hair dye for more pretty looks.

The natural color of turmeric which is 'yellowish orange' can help to dye your hair into brown, white or blonde without applying chemicals.

Treatment: Mix turmeric powder with equal amount of water, add little salt to the mixture. Apply the mixture to your hair, giggle it well and rinse with mild shampoo.

Turmeric is a beneficial herb with so many uses for mankind. See, how to use turmeric for skin in my previous post. Include turmeric in your hair routine, for that healthy and shiny hair.
